Madam Ama Akyiaa, mother of Dr. Amo Collins and his brothers, acquired extensive knowledge of herbal medicine in the 1990s after earning the trust of a respected healer during a trip to Tarkwa. For nearly two decades, she successfully operated a rice business in Pomposo, Obuasi, until health concerns necessitated its closure between 2013 and 2014. In 2017, her son, Dr. Amo Collins, faced employment challenges after completing his national service and subsequently leveraged her expertise to establish a thriving enterprise.

With his mother’s support, Dr. Amo Collins fused herbal expertise with producing premium herbal alcoholic beverages, transforming Aduro Ye Herbal Centre, now Aduroye Network Limited, into a leading brand. His dedication and family backing turned tradition into a modern legacy.
